After eating for 8-12 hours, all three showed signs of vomiting and diarrhea, getting worse and worse, so they were treated at a local hospital before being transferred to Cho Ray Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City˳
During the hospital transfer, the husband had difficulty breathing, had respiratory failure, was intubated, inflated, but due to his severe condition, he died at the emergency department of Cho Ray Hospital˳
The wife and daughter were transferred to the tropical disease department in the state of acute liver failure, very high liver enzymes with coagulation disorders˳
After two days of treatment, the 17-year-old daughter improved but had to monitor her liver function and coagulation disorders further˳
The wife is still in critical condition, liver dysfunction worsens˳ Patients are actively treated with dialysis but are at risk of more severe, difficult prognosis˳
