A representative from the Binh Dinh Province Transport Project Management Unit announced that the provincial People’s Committee has approved the investment plan to construct a road connecting the Quy Hoa Science and Education Urban Area to the Long Van Urban Area in Quy Nhon City.
The route will start at the intersection of Khoa Hoc Avenue, located within the Quy Hoa Science and Education Urban Area, and end at the junction with the western provincial road (ĐT.638) at km140+139 in the Long Van Urban Area, Quy Nhon City.
Spanning 13.5km, the road will pass through the Ghềnh Ráng and Bùi Thị Xuân wards of Quy Nhon City. The project has a total investment of 1.107 trillion VND, funded by the provincial budget and other legal capital sources.

The project is managed by the Binh Dinh Province Transport Project Management Unit and is expected to be carried out from 2024 to 2028. The unit is currently collaborating with relevant departments and local authorities to complete the necessary documentation, procedures, and approvals from competent authorities.
The Quy Hoa Science and Education Urban Area, spanning over 240 hectares in Ghềnh Ráng Ward, Quy Nhon City, includes four functional zones: a research and science dissemination area, an innovation valley, a commercial service zone, and a science-focused urban district.
The Long Van Urban Area, with a planned area of nearly 1,380 hectares in Trần Quang Diệu and Bùi Thị Xuân wards, Quy Nhon City, is likened to a small city, contributing to the urban transformation of Quy Nhon City.
