Regarding rail projects, the Prime Minister urged localities with high-speed rail projects on the North-South route, and the Lào Cai – Hanoi – Hải Phòng rail project, to swiftly coordinate with the Ministry of Construction for land acquisition and resettlement project approvals to maintain project timelines. Developing the Railway Industry and Accelerating Urban Rail Projects
The Prime Minister directed the development of a Railway Industry Development Plan, encompassing research and proposals for Vietnam Railways Corporation and domestic enterprises to participate in adopting and transferring railway technology. The plan is to be completed by June 2025.

Lạng Sơn Province is required to review and determine adjustments to increase state participation in the Đồng Đăng – Trà Lĩnh project.

Assessment of the pre-feasibility study report for the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4, adjustment of the Biên Hòa – Vũng Tàu project, assessment of the feasibility study reports for the Gia Nghĩa – Chơn Thành, Tân Phú – Bảo Lộc, Bảo Lộc – Liên Khương projects (Lâm Đồng Province), and the Ho Chi Minh City – Mộc Bài project (Tây Ninh Province) must be completed on schedule.
