The “Chị đẹp: 30 is not a Limit” concert, featuring 48 female artists, took place on April 12th in Ho Chi Minh City. The show delivered nearly four hours of captivating music, dance, and impressive acrobatic performances that moved audiences.
The concert’s impressive aspect was the unexpected collaborations between artists, creating fresh and exciting routines. Organizers acknowledged the significant challenge of coordinating and balancing the artistic styles of such a large and diverse group of performers.
Director Blonde Nguyễn noted, “We faced many difficulties in communication, scheduling, and coordinating plans to ensure a polished performance.”
The program was divided into four chapters, showcasing nearly 50 elaborate performances. Artists not only sang but also performed acrobatics, circus acts, and dances.
The intense heat in Ho Chi Minh City significantly impacted the health and stamina of the entire team during rehearsals and the concert.
“Backstage moments were often intensely stressful, given the female performers’ nature. It wasn’t uncommon to see artists exhausted after performances, needing specialized medical assistance to recover their strength and spirits,” revealed a representative of the production team.
Following the show, many artists shared their unique experiences and feelings about the journey.
Singer Bùi Lan Hương shared, “From being hesitant at first, I’ve grown immensely, not only in my career but also in my personal life. The women were all stars in their fields, but none made me feel distant or pretentious. Despite the challenges and hardships, we all overcame them together.”
Thu Ngọc expressed her appreciation, “48 different personalities, 48 different talents; I learned so much from my fellow artists throughout this journey.”
Diệp Lâm Anh reflected on her personal experience, “Performing in front of 25,000 audience members, I was able to be myself, without acting or straining, simply breathing with the music. That was the most beautiful moment of my life.”
