On February 17, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announced the handling of traffic violations committed by delivery drivers (shippers) in the city. According to authorities, many shippers have failed to comply with traffic regulations, posing risks to themselves and other road users.
Common violations include: ignoring traffic signals, using mobile phones while driving, speeding, improper overtaking, driving against the flow of traffic, and carrying bulky goods that obscure license plates.
