At 8 AM on February 12, a fire broke out at a coffee shop in Hiep An Commune, Duc Trong District, Lam Dong Province.
According to initial reports, the fire started in the sleeping area of the coffee shop and quickly spread.

Ms. Le Thi Dung, the owner of the coffee shop, stated that when the fire broke out, she ran to a nearby gas station to seek help and borrow a fire extinguisher but was unsuccessful. She then contacted a nearby agricultural business to obtain water to put out the fire.
Upon receiving the alert, authorities arrived at the scene and worked with local residents to extinguish the blaze.
By 10 AM the same day, the fire was fully under control.
Fortunately, no one was injured. However, all the equipment and furnishings of the coffee shop were destroyed, resulting in estimated damages of hundreds of millions of Vietnamese dong.
