The Quảng Trị Department of Science and Technology (KH&CN) has submitted a proposal to the Provincial People’s Committee regarding the transfer and appointment of staff, notably the transfer of Ms. Nguyễn Thị Lệ Hằng, Director of the Digital Transformation Center.

Previously, on March 6th, the KH&CN Department sent a notice to the Provincial People’s Committee and related departments regarding administrative discipline and order at the Digital Transformation Center. The incident drew attention when Department leadership visited and presented flowers on International Women’s Day, but only met with a single employee of the center.
According to the Center’s report, only a few staff members were present when the Department leadership visited, while the majority were absent from the office. The Department leadership criticized this and required rectification of discipline and administrative procedures, directing all staff to strictly adhere to working hours. The Digital Transformation Center has learned from this experience and implemented measures to address the issue.

The KH&CN Department is actively seeking and proposing to the Provincial People’s Committee the appointment of a qualified, experienced, and competent Digital Transformation Center Director capable of assembling a high-quality staff team to accelerate the province’s digital transformation.
