A man who jumped from Phú Xuân Bridge into the Hương River in Hue on April 9th was successfully rescued by authorities.
Hue City Police dispatched personnel and resources to the scene. After jumping into the river, the man clung to the base of the Phú Xuân Bridge. While some bystanders attempted assistance, they were unable to bring him to safety.

Thanks to the swift and professional response of the authorities, the man was safely brought to shore.
Police identified the victim as Mr. H.V.M. (born 1975), residing in Thuận An Ward, Thuận Hóa District, Hue City.
