Son Tra District People’s Committee in Da Nang City has issued a decision banning Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation from participating in bidding for projects led by the district as the main investor for a period of 3 years, from January 22, 2025, to January 22, 2028. This decision was made after the company was found guilty of fraudulent activities in its tender documents.

However, after fraud was uncovered, the winning bid was annulled, and the company was banned from bidding for 3 years.
