Highlands Region
The Highlands region will maintain stable weather with no nighttime rain and sunny days. Northeast winds at levels 2-3 will blow gently, with nights and mornings being cold. Minimum temperatures range from 14-17°C, while maximum temperatures reach 26-29°C.
Southern Vietnam: High Tide Warning
According to meteorological authorities, tidal water levels along the eastern coast of southern Vietnam are currently high. At the Vung Tau station, the highest recorded level reached 412cm at 1:45 AM on January 31.
From late afternoon on January 31 to February 1, high tides will continue to occur along the coastal provinces from Vung Tau to Ca Mau. Water levels will vary between 410-415cm, peaking at 1-7 AM and 2-10 PM daily. Low-lying areas, riverbanks, and outside dikes are at risk of flooding, especially in the late afternoon and night.
