On February 8th, Mr. Bui Ngoc Du, Chairman of Ha Linh Commune People’s Committee (Huong Ke District, Ha Tinh Province), reported that two consecutive accidents occurred in the area.
At around 2:45 PM on the same day, a truck with license plate 38C-145.xx was traveling on National Highway 15A and collided with a Laotian trailer truck heading in the opposite direction when it reached Ha Linh Commune.

The accident severely damaged the front of the truck, causing traffic congestion. Upon receiving the report, authorities arrived to direct traffic and use a crane to remove the vehicles involved.
At 4:30 PM on the same day, also on National Highway 15A, a trailer truck lost control while passing through Thon 12, Ha Linh Commune, and veered off the road, blocking the highway. This caused other vehicles to be unable to move.

Hundreds of vehicles were lined up for over 3 hours, causing a traffic jam stretching several kilometers.
The traffic congestion mainly affected vehicles traveling from Ha Tinh City to Huong Ke District.
By 7:30 PM, the vehicles involved in the accidents were cleared from the scene, and traffic could resume, albeit slowly.

According to Ha Linh Commune leaders, National Highway 15A frequently experiences accidents due to narrow roads, sharp curves, and high traffic density.
At the time of the accidents, there was drizzle in Ha Linh Commune, making the road slippery.
