At its 33rd meeting, the Danang City Party Committee’s Inspection Committee examined and concluded on several important matters, including the review and recommendation for disciplinary action against the Party Branch of the Danang Civil Execution Bureau.
According to information from the Inspection Committee, during the 2020-2025 term, the Party Branch of the Danang Civil Execution Bureau and related party members were found to be negligent in their leadership and directives. They failed to adequately monitor and supervise the implementation of work regulations, personnel management policies, and civil execution tasks.
These violations have led to negative public opinion, increased complaints, and damage to the reputation of the party organization, local government, and unit.

After reviewing the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violations, the Danang City Party Committee’s Inspection Committee decided to impose a reprimand on the Party Branch of the Danang Civil Execution Bureau for the 2020-2025 term.
The individuals disciplined with a reprimand include Mr. Tran Phuoc Thu, former Branch Secretary and former Director; Mr. Ho Tan Thanh, Branch Secretary, District Execution Officer of Hoa Vang District, former Branch Committee member, Head of the Inspection and Complaint Resolution Department; Mr. Vo Quang, party member, enforcement officer; and Mr. Tran Van Luc, party member, enforcement officer, Danang Civil Execution Bureau.
