On February 2nd, the Traffic Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security took swift action to save a 3-year-old toddler in critical condition. The incident occurred around 4:52 PM on the Hanoi-Lao Cai Expressway when a sedan suddenly stopped and a woman stepped out looking worried and distressed.
The woman explained that her 3-year-old daughter was experiencing high fever with seizures. She feared that if they did not reach the hospital promptly, the child’s condition could worsen. However, traffic congestion prevented her from moving quickly.
