The year 2025 marks an important milestone as it celebrates the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2025). Under the light of Marxism-Leninism and President Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, the Party has affirmed its leadership role in the revolutionary cause, building a more prosperous society. The upcoming 14th Party Congress, scheduled for early 2026, will open a new phase of development amid globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Mrs. Ngư is the Chairwoman and Director of the Tùng Anh Organic Agricultural Cooperative in Đổng Xuyên Village, Đặng Xá Commune, Gia Lâm District, Hanoi.
Mrs. Ngư – Sustainable Agriculture from the Fields
At 67 years old, Mrs. Ngư, who has been a party member for 42 years, is a shining example of willpower and resilience. As the village branch secretary in 1982, she nurtured a passion for growing organic vegetables. After her husband passed away in 1995, she focused on developing an organic agricultural cooperative, applying advanced techniques to produce safe vegetables. Her vegetables not only sell out domestically but also are exported to Japan and Europe.
“Adapt to the season,” she says, flexibly switching between different types of vegetables based on the seasons, ensuring quality and reputation. Thanks to this principle, her cooperative has built a solid brand, creating jobs for dozens of households and providing stable income.
Mrs. Ngư’s organic vegetable model is frequently ordered by major distributors.
Not only does Mrs. Ngư assist members of her cooperative, but she also supports villagers with agricultural techniques. As a result, many families have escaped poverty, contributing to a richer and more beautiful homeland.
Lieutenant Colonel Lê Văn Như – Starting Over with Steel Bars
After over 30 years serving in the military, Lieutenant Colonel Lê Văn Như retired and decided to start a career in mechanical work. Initially facing many difficulties, he opened a precision mechanical grinding workshop in Long Biên District, Hanoi, with his high skills and determination.

His workshop specializes in producing high-quality mechanical products that meet the stringent requirements of international clients such as Japan and South Korea. Currently, the workshop has nearly 10 modern machines with a total investment of over 2.5 billion VND, providing employment for 6-7 workers with salaries ranging from 10-15 million VND per month.
Mr. Như also actively trains apprentices, most of whom are ex-soldiers, to work in fields requiring high precision. Additionally, he participates in community activities, helping families in need during the pandemic.
Mr. Như’s mechanical workshop ensures timely delivery and high quality.
