Among the provincial units, the education and training sector has the largest number of beneficiaries, with over 1,380 people, amounting to more than $800,000. Conversely, the science and technology sector has the fewest beneficiaries, with only about 9 people, receiving around $47,000.
At the district level, Gia Rai leads with over 1,870 people benefiting, equivalent to $960,000. Meanwhile, Vinh Loi has the smallest number of beneficiaries, with over 1,380 people, receiving around $7.9 million.

Decree No. 73/2024/NĐ-CP was issued by the government on June 30, 2024, detailing base salaries and bonus regulations for officers, civil servants, staff, and military personnel. A notable point in the decree is the regulation regarding the use of bonus funds. If the bonus fund is not fully utilized by the end of January 31 of the following year, any remaining funds will not be carried over to the next year.
