These new projects are located in Trần Quang Diệu Ward, Quy Nhơn City, and are expected to provide high-quality housing options to local residents. Details are as follows:
- Long Vân Social Housing Project: Requires a 450 billion VND loan, with a construction area of over 20,000 square meters. Total investment exceeds 781 billion VND. The project includes 838 apartments and is expected to be completed in 2026. Construction began in 2021.
- Phú Tài Lộc Apartment Social Housing Project: Requires a 200 billion VND loan, with a construction area of 4,700 square meters. The project includes 285 apartments, a total investment of 358 billion VND, and is projected to be completed by the end of this year.
- Pisico Social Housing Project: Requires a 161 billion VND loan, with a construction area exceeding 5,800 square meters. The project will include 321 apartments and a total investment of over 263 billion VND. Completion is also anticipated by the end of this year.
Bình Định’s Social Housing Goals
Bình Định Province plans to complete 12,900 social housing units by 2030 to meet the housing needs of low-income residents.
Currently, the province has completed 7 projects and one-third of another, totaling 4,427 units. Four projects and one-third of another (4,959 units) are currently under construction. Additionally, the province has selected developers and is processing the necessary procedures for 6 projects with 2,572 units. Procedures for selecting developers for an additional 3,073 units are underway and are expected to be completed between 2025 and 2026.
