Entering its sixth year, the “Pure Water for a Loving Central Region” program reaffirms Huda and Carlsberg Vietnam’s commitment, which goes beyond beer production to creating meaningful changes that improve the lives of local residents.

Transforming Lives Through Action
The “Pure Water for a Loving Central Region” initiative was born from a deep understanding of the challenges faced by local residents. By closely collaborating with local authorities, Carlsberg Vietnam conducted comprehensive surveys on the current state of water supply systems in four provinces to plan appropriate investments, addressing water scarcity, especially in remote areas.
Based on actual conditions and specific needs for each project, the company upgraded and repaired water filtration systems at local water stations and installed water pipelines directly to households.
Thousands of households now have stable access to clean water through the program.
The achievements of 2024 build on the successes of previous years. With the completion of these four projects, the program has now provided clean water to nearly 9,000 households across five provinces in Central Vietnam, benefiting approximately 35,000 residents with reliable access to clean water, offering peace of mind during rainy seasons or prolonged droughts.
Through these projects, Carlsberg Vietnam is improving public health by reducing waterborne diseases, enhancing family well-being, and fostering a stronger community. The program also addresses agricultural challenges caused by water shortages, supporting small businesses and contributing to economic growth, laying the groundwork for a more prosperous future.
Additionally, by building sustainable water infrastructure and ensuring quality, Carlsberg Vietnam is minimizing future maintenance needs, reducing water wastage, and promoting sustainable water management practices in local areas.
