Born in 1974 in Hanoi, Mr. Pham Dai Duong holds a diverse and profound educational background. He is a Master of Science and Technology Management, a Bachelor of Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Finance and Banking. With his rich knowledge base, he has held several important positions within Vietnam’s political system.
From October 2015 to July 2018, he served as Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Director of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board. Subsequently, he moved into local management roles, serving as Deputy Secretary of the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Phu Yen Province. In 2020, he was elected as Secretary of the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee and continued to serve in this capacity until his recent transfer.
