Meanwhile, influenza cases remain under control at normal levels, with 122 cases recorded in January.

The Da Nang People’s Committee has instructed relevant units to implement measles vaccinations as part of the Expanded Immunization Program. Healthcare facilities are required to establish mobile emergency response teams to provide immediate support at vaccination sites in case of adverse reactions, preventing fatalities or severe complications caused by delayed treatment.

Vaccination centers are urged to raise awareness and encourage residents to ensure timely and complete vaccinations, avoiding delays until children turn one year old for their first measles-containing vaccine dose.

Additionally, schools are tasked with maintaining cleanliness, improving nutrition, ensuring food safety, and promoting personal hygiene to effectively prevent and control disease outbreaks.
