On February 5, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Secretary of the Danang市委，亲自检查了和黎-涂龙高速公路项目的土地征用和施工进度。该项目是该市的重点交通项目之一，总投资近2113亿越南盾。

Current Status of the Project
According to representatives from the Management Board of the Ho Chi Minh Highway Project, the People’s Committee of Hoa Vang District has nearly completed land acquisition for the project. However, there are still about 0.57 km of highway and 1.2 km of access roads related to 12 households and 58 households, respectively, that have not been handed over due to incomplete property recovery, demolition of houses, and residents’ non-receipt of compensation and resettlement support.
To expedite progress, relevant authorities are urgently constructing three resettlement areas for land acquisition purposes. This year’s budget for land acquisition is nearly 480 billion Vietnamese dong, mainly focused on building resettlement areas.
Plans for Resettlement Area Construction
Representatives from the Danang Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects Management Board stated that the resettlement area in Hoa Nhon Commune has completed 30% of the land acquisition process and is expected to commence construction in the first quarter. The other two resettlement areas have received community feedback and been reviewed by the People’s Committee of Hoa Vang District. The Danang Department of Construction is currently reviewing technical opinions before approving the 1/500 planning, with construction expected to start in the second quarter.

Firm Leadership Directives from City Authorities
In light of the current situation, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang emphasized the need to speed up administrative procedures related to the project, particularly the issue of “going out to gather opinions” for planning approval. He instructed各单位要仔细审查，剔除不必要的手续，以确保项目进度。
此外，市委还要求和黎区人民委员会及相关单位尽快完成土地征用工作，并在2月份将土地移交给承包商施工。对于胡志明高速公路项目管理委员会，广先生建议充分利用有利的天气条件，集中施工，争取在8月30日前完成主线，在12月30日前完成全线路段。

Detailed Information About the Project
The Hoa Lien-Tuy Loan expressway project spans approximately 11.5 km, passing through three communes: Hoa Lien, Hoa Son, and Hoa Nhon in Hoa Vang District. In this phase, the road will be constructed with a complete four-lane highway, with a road base width of 22 meters and a road surface width of 14 meters. The total cost for land acquisition and resettlement compensation exceeds 951 billion Vietnamese dong.
The completion of the project not only improves the transportation system in Danang but also promotes economic and social development in the Central region.
