Witnesses reported that the truck with license plate 15C-126.xx towing trailer 15R-111.xx, driven by Mr. N.D.H. (42 years old, from Thuy Nguyen City, Hai Phong), was turning right into a nearby company when it suddenly collided with a motorcycle traveling in the same direction. The result was fatal for Ms. L.T.T.H. (21 years old, from Thai Thuy, Thai Binh), who was riding the motorcycle and died, while her passenger, Ms. D.T.D. (20 years old, from Thai Thuy, Thai Binh), was injured, and the motorcycle was severely damaged.
