On February 7, Mr. Tran The Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, confirmed that Mr. Vo Hong Hai, Head of the Organization Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, and Mr. Le Ngoc Chau, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of the province, have expressed their wish to retire early.
“Mr. Chau still has 30 months of service remaining, while Mr. Hai plans to retire more than half a year ahead of schedule,” Mr. Dung informed.

According to leadership from Ha Tinh, in line with the central and provincial policies on streamlining organizational structures, the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Committee has agreed to merge the Propaganda Commission and the Mass Mobilization Commission into a new Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.
To facilitate this process, four leaders and officers from the Ha Tinh Provincial Propaganda Commission have agreed to retire early. Among them, two are deputy heads, one is a department head, and another is a deputy department head.

In recent times, following the policy of streamlining and downsizing the organizational structure, hundreds of officials, civil servants, and employees in Ha Tinh Province have applied for early retirement. Specifically, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has seen 91 staff members apply for early retirement to comply with the policy of merging with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Mr. Le Ngoc Chau (born in 1966), originally from Thach My commune, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh, holds a medical doctor degree and a master’s degree in Public Health. He has held various positions including Director of Ha Tinh City Health Center, Deputy Chairman of Ha Tinh City People’s Committee, Secretary of the Ha Tinh City Party Committee, and Director of the Ha Tinh Department of Health. Since December 2020, he has been serving as Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh People’s Committee and is currently a member of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Vo Hong Hai (born in 1964), also from Thach Ha district, holds a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies. He has held various positions such as officer at the Office of the Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee, Director of the Ha Tinh Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, Secretary of the Can Loc District Party Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Council, and Head of the Ha Tinh Provincial Propaganda Commission. He is currently a member of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Committee and has served as Head of the Organization Commission since November 2020.
