The DNSE Future Tech Summit 2025 is DNSE’s inaugural technology event, bringing together technology experts, business leaders, and investors. It offers multi-dimensional perspectives – from infrastructure to technological solutions – to usher in a new era for Vietnam’s stock market.
Following the operation of the KRX system, Vietnam’s stock market is actively preparing for the implementation of T+0 (same-day trading) and the sale of unsettled securities. These changes, part of the Ministry of Finance’s plan to upgrade the stock market, mark a significant turning point in market operations.
This presents an opportunity to boost liquidity and increase investment flexibility, while also imposing new demands on infrastructure, processing speed, and risk management capabilities for securities companies and investors. The DNSE Future Tech Summit 2025 will serve as a forum for connecting, sharing, and guiding the investment community towards the upcoming era of high-speed trading.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, Chairman of the Board of Directors at DNSE, shared the rationale behind organizing the program: “Allowing the sale of unsettled securities and T+0 trading is expected to create opportunities for a more vibrant market and increased liquidity. However, in a ‘zero-latency’ trading environment, investors critically need to prepare their mindset, psychology, and equip themselves with appropriate tools to adapt and keep pace with market changes.”
Under the theme “Seamless Market – Speed & Sync,” the program features a series of expert presentations and discussion sessions focusing on the importance of data and infrastructure; changes in investor behavior, needs, and the tools required for investors in the era of same-day trading.
The program will also introduce the application of Open API technology for standardized stock trading, meeting strict security and information safety standards; and discuss the trend of Quantitative Trading, including its opportunities and risks when trading based on data and algorithms.
The event will feature numerous experts, including Mr. Le Anh Tuan, CEO of Dragon Capital; Ms. Li Wen Wong, Senior Director for IBM LinuxONE and Linux on IBM Z – IBM Technology Asia-Pacific; Mr. Vo Duy Anh, CEO of AlgoTrade; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, Chief Technology Officer of CIMB Bank… along with other experts and business leaders participating in the discussion panels.
Within the program, investors will also have the opportunity to directly experience fundamental and derivative trading tools, Open API solutions, and data tools from TradingView, FiinQuant, WiChart, and more.
At the beginning of the program, investors will witness a live derivative trading competition on stage, featuring top investors from the “Derivative Surfing” leaderboard.
“Derivative Surfing” is a derivative trading competition program regularly organized by DNSE over the past two years, which has attracted enthusiastic participation from investors.
