On February 1, the Nha Trang Police officially responded to a report from Mr. V., who had complained about a car swerving recklessly, speeding, and popping its exhaust, causing chaos on the streets of Nha Trang. The report was submitted through the local feedback system of Khánh Hòa Province, accompanied by a nearly 2-minute video clip capturing the driver’s actions.

According to the video provided by Mr. V., a black car with license plates from Cà Mau Province was seen committing several serious traffic violations. The vehicle continuously honked its horn, popped its exhaust, drove erratically, and even cut off a bus on Thái Phiên Street in Nha Trang. These actions not only endangered other vehicles but also disrupted traffic order.

After receiving the information, the Nha Trang Police quickly launched an investigation and identified the car’s owner as Mrs. Đ.T.V., residing in Thới Bình District, Cà Mau Province. However, when contacted by phone, the Traffic Police and Order Unit was unable to reach Mrs. V.

Currently, the Nha Trang Police have sent an official summons for Mrs. V. to appear at the Traffic Police and Order Unit headquarters to address the alleged violations. The case is still under investigation to ensure traffic safety and public order in the area.
