On February 16, Mr. Lê Ngọc Anh, a resident of Quy Nhơn City in Bình Định Province, said he had yet to travel to Quảng Ngãi City to retrieve two motorbikes left on the sidewalk by Turkish tourists.
The two tourists, who introduced themselves as mother and son, rented bikes from Mr. Ngọc Anh. After returning to their home country, they contacted him, explaining that due to an urgent matter, they couldn’t return the bikes and hadn’t paid the rental fee.
The Turkish tourists remained in contact with Mr. Ngọc Anh and requested him to calculate the rental fees so they could transfer the payment.

Due to the urgency, they couldn’t return the bikes or pay the rental fee. They asked me to calculate the costs so they could settle the payment,” Mr. Ngọc Anh said.
According to Mr. Ngọc Anh, next week he will travel to Quảng Ngãi City to retrieve the two motorbikes. Afterward, he will contact the Turkish tourists to resolve the rental fees.
Previously, on February 8, the two Turkish tourists visited Mr. Lê Ngọc Anh’s shop to rent motorbikes, introducing themselves as mother and son who needed the vehicles to explore nearby scenic spots.
After verifying their information, Mr. Ngọc Anh rented them two motorbikes. However, at around midnight on February 14, he unexpectedly received a message from the mother and son informing him of an urgent situation requiring them to return home.
The tourists sent Mr. Ngọc Anh a video showing the two motorbikes neatly parked on the sidewalk, with the keys and helmets placed in the storage compartment, along with the location so he could locate the bikes.
