He predicts that sales will continue to rise slightly during the pre-Tet period due to the delayed release of the Galaxy S25 Ultra in the Vietnamese market before Tet.

Ms. Dang Linh Phuong, head of the Samsung division at Dien Dong Viet, believes that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will continue to play a leading role during the Tet shopping season. The absence of the Galaxy S25 Ultra on the market before Tet creates favorable conditions for the Galaxy S24 Ultra to maintain its appeal, especially since there are no direct competitors within the same brand.

Samsung has announced the Galaxy Unpacked event on January 23rd (Vietnamese time), where the Galaxy S25 series will be officially launched. However, unlike previous years, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will not be available in the Vietnamese market before Tet. This makes the high-end smartphone segment quieter during the pre-Tet period, as users have limited new options.
