At the Special National Historical Site of Hoa Lu Capital, Ninh Binh, General Secretary To Lam and his delegation from the Party, State, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front conducted a ceremony to pay homage to Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Dai Hanh. These historical figures played pivotal roles in unifying the country and establishing national independence over 1,000 years ago.

The General Secretary expressed deep gratitude to the ancestors who laid the foundation for the development of modern-day Vietnam by building and defending the nation. Following the ceremony, the delegation proceeded to offer incense at the Kinh Thien Altar within the Trang An World Heritage site, a dual cultural and natural heritage.

Launching the Spring Tree Planting Festival 2025

After the incense offering ceremony, General Secretary To Lam participated in tree planting at Dien Tien Hoang De Square and officially launched the Spring Tree Planting Festival 2025. This annual event responds to the call from President Ho Chi Minh since 1959, encouraging citizens to actively plant and care for trees to protect the environment.
