Department of Finance: Guide and organize the assessment of tendering processes, submitting tender selection plans for review and approval by March 28, 2025.
Department of Agriculture and Environment: Coordinate with the Project Management Board and relevant district/municipal People’s Committees to review and assess environmental impact reports for all projects by March 27, 2025.
