Biography of Mr. Luong Tam Ky – A Model Party Member
Born on December 10, 1935, in Hiep Cuong Commune, Kim Dong District, Hung Yen Province, Mr. Luong Tam Ky joined the revolutionary movement at a young age and was admitted into the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 9, 1960. Throughout his 65-year tenure with the Party, he has consistently demonstrated high levels of responsibility and dedication to his work.
During the historic Dien Bien Phu campaign, Mr. Luong Tam Ky served as the logistics officer responsible for supplying uniforms to the youth volunteers in teams 40, 44, and 34 at the base of Deo Co Noi. Later, he held the position of accountant (association treasurer) at Team 38 of the Youth Volunteer Corps in Keo Coong, Lang Son, while also serving as the deputy squad leader.
