On the afternoon of March 10th, while patrolling on Võ Nguyên Giáp Street, from Rạch Chiếc Bridge to Sài Gòn Bridge, a traffic enforcement team from the Cat Lai Unit of the HCM City Police Department stopped a motorcycle rider, Mr. H.V.H. (born 1995, residing in Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu), for lacking a left-side mirror.

Upon request for his documents, Mr. H. stated that he did not have his driver’s license with him. A member of the traffic enforcement team then made an inappropriate remark to their colleagues.
