Structure of the Steering Committee

According to the latest decision by the Hoa Binh People’s Committee, the Anti-Waste Steering Committee has been established with key leaders participating. Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Chairman of the People’s Committee, has been appointed as the Head. The Deputy Head is Mr. Quach Tat Lien, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee. Additionally, the Director of the Department of Finance and the Chief Inspector of the province also serve as Deputy Heads.

The Steering Committee also includes many members from important agencies such as:

  • Commander of the Military Command of the province
  • Director of the Provincial Police
  • Chief of the People’s Committee Office
  • Leaders from departments such as Construction, Transportation, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Justice, and Industry and Trade

To support professional work, the Department of Finance acts as the permanent agency of the Steering Committee. A working group has also been established, led by a Deputy Director of the Finance Department as the Group Leader and the Chief Inspector of the department as the Deputy Leader. Other members include leaders from related offices and departments across different sectors.

The Hoa Binh Provincial Anti-Waste Steering Committee operates under a part-time system where each member is personally accountable for their assigned tasks. This ensures transparency and effectiveness in implementing planned initiatives.
