Recognition of Contributions from 14 Senior Officials Retiring Early
One of the highlights at the meeting was the recognition by Hoa Binh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Phi Long of the responsible spirit of 14 senior officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Committee who voluntarily requested early retirement. Merger of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Departments
To enhance operational effectiveness, the Provincial Party Committee decided to merge the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department into a unified Department of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization.
The Provincial Party Secretary instructed the Standing Committee to submit a proposal to the Provincial Party Committee regarding the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the newly merged department. This initiative aims to optimize resources and improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mass mobilization efforts.
Election of Mrs. Buu Thi Minh as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee
Another significant event at the meeting was the election of Mrs. Buu Thi Minh, a member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Committee and Head of the Organizational Department, as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term with unanimous votes.
Additionally, Mrs. Buu Thi Minh was proposed for election as Chairperson of the People’s Council of Hoa Binh Province for the 2021-2026 term. This appointment marks a new step forward in the province’s cadre work and underscores the role of women in the political system.
