In an interview with Dân trí, Miss Ngoc Han revealed that she is three months pregnant with her first child. The beauty queen has not experienced morning sickness and her health remains stable.
Every day, Ngoc Han carefully plans her meals. Before going to bed, she soaks her feet and applies a warm compress to her abdomen to improve blood circulation. Additionally, she practices yoga to maintain her flexibility and physical well-being.

Previously, on the evening of February 14, Miss Ngoc Han made headlines when she shared the news of her pregnancy on her personal social media page.
She wrote: “This year’s special Valentine’s Day gift. A little angel born in the Year of the Snake has chosen me as their mom. Thank you, my baby, for being the most wonderful companion. I hope that in the future, we will conquer many new horizons together.”
Ngoc Han is currently in Dubai to participate in the Hồn Việt exhibition, an event aimed at promoting Vietnamese culture and art in the Middle East.
Despite a busy work schedule, Ngoc Han said having her baby by her side makes everything feel more complete and meaningful.
In a recent conversation with Dân trí, Ngoc Han shared that she and her husband have gone through various emotional highs and lows during their years together. She noted that her husband is quite practical, not the type to give roses or write love letters on special occasions.
“He’s the kind of person who gifts me a yoga membership when I complain about back pain or buys me an insurance policy for Women’s Day or my birthday,” Ngoc Han confided.
The beauty queen also added: “I’m a practical person; I don’t like flowers because I think they’re a waste of money. For example, if I want something but he doesn’t know where to buy it, he can just give me the money, and I’ll get it myself. I also don’t like flowery words, so he suits me perfectly.”
Ngoc Han, born in 1989, worked as a model before being crowned Miss Vietnam 2010. She and her husband, Pham Phu Dat, registered their marriage in 2019 and held their wedding in 2022.
Ngoc Han’s husband, born in 1990, works in diplomacy. The couple had been together for over a decade before officially tying the knot.
