On January 25, Bac Lieu Provincial Police reported that the provincial police leadership visited and encouraged Private D.Q.T. (21 years old), a conscripted soldier from Bac Lieu Provincial Mobile Police Unit, who was injured while performing traffic safety duties.

Incident Details
Earlier, around 3 AM on January 23, Private D.Q.T. was assigned to assist the Bac Lieu Provincial Traffic Police in maintaining traffic order in Gia Rai Town.
While on duty on National Highway 1A through Ho Phong Ward, the team noticed a motorbike driven by a young man showing signs of violation. The group signaled for the vehicle to stop for inspection. However, the driver ignored the command and continued driving, eventually colliding with Private D.Q.T., causing him severe leg injuries.
Immediately after the incident, the team rushed Private D.Q.T. to the hospital for emergency treatment and care.
Information About the Motorcyclist
Investigations identified the motorcyclist as Quach Trong T. (26 years old, residing in Gia Rai Town). Authorities are currently conducting further investigation and handling the case according to the law.
