2025 marks the 95th glorious year of the Communist Party of Vietnam. In the context of globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the pioneering role of party members has become more crucial than ever.
The Pioneering Role of Party Members in the New Era
According to Mr. Nguyễn Thái Hoàng, Secretary of Thanh Cong Ward, with nearly 1,700 party members actively participating locally, the spirit of “party members leading, followed by the nation” is crucial. Each party member must be a shining example in patriotic campaigns, contributing to building a prosperous and happy life for the people.
Mr. Hoàng emphasized the implementation of the “4 Good Chi Branch” model, which includes: effective political leadership; strong unity and discipline; high-quality meetings; and exemplary party members. This will serve as a guiding principle for all activities within the branch.
Effective Implementation of Political Study Sessions
Since December 16, 2024, the political study session on the new era has been uniformly rolled out across various localities. Mr. Nguyễn Văn Dũng, Secretary of Lý Thái Tổ Ward, stated that organizing these sessions must be flexible and suitable for each unit’s specific circumstances.
Forms such as roundtable discussions and specialized sessions have been applied flexibly. Additionally, the use of digital technology for promotion through social media platforms like Zalo and Facebook has created significant outreach.
Hanoi Leading in Implementing Policies
Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Nguyễn Văn Phong, affirmed that Hanoi is always at the forefront in implementing major policies of the Party. Organizing continuous political activities for three months demonstrates the seriousness and professionalism of the Hanoi Party Committee.
Mr. Phong highlighted the importance of disseminating guiding thoughts to over 480,000 party members and the general public. These sessions are not only internal but also opportunities to listen to the concerns and aspirations from the grassroots.
Conclusion and Direction
The effective implementation of the political study sessions on the new era has achieved high consensus within the political system. Each party member needs to continue to set examples, innovate for the common good, and contribute to the development of the capital city and the country.
The success of the political sessions in localities such as Thanh Cong and Lý Thái Tổ Wards demonstrates the correctness of the Party’s policies. This will serve as a critical foundation for further innovation in leadership methods and improving management effectiveness in the coming period.
