This night and the morning of January 31st (the third day of Tet), Hanoi and other northern provinces are expected to have no rain, with cold nights and early mornings, but warmer afternoons and evenings due to the temporary weakening of cold air. 4. Thanh Hoa to Hue
Provinces from Thanh Hoa to Hue will have cloudy skies with occasional rain, early morning fog, and light mist. Midday and afternoon will see clearing skies and sunny conditions. Minimum temperatures range from 15-18°C, and maximum temperatures from 24-27°C. Cold conditions, with some areas experiencing severe cold.
5. Da Nang to Binh Thuan
This region will have cloudy skies with occasional nighttime rain, sunny days, and northeast winds at levels 2-3. The northern part will be chilly. Minimum temperatures range from 18-21°C, and maximum temperatures from 26-29°C, with some southern areas exceeding 29°C.
6. Central Highlands
The Central Highlands will have cloudy skies with occasional nighttime rain, sunny days, and northeast winds at levels 2-3. Nights and early mornings will be chilly. Minimum temperatures range from 12-15°C, and maximum temperatures from 27-30°C.
7. Southern Vietnam
Southern Vietnam will have cloudy skies with occasional nighttime rain, sunny days, and northeast winds at levels 2-3. Nights and early mornings will be cool. Minimum temperatures range from 20-23°C, with some eastern areas below 20°C, and maximum temperatures from 29-32°C.
