Following the directive, the Thủ Đức District People’s Committee will receive the span 1 and 2 of the old Bình Lợi Railway Bridge from the railway authority, as previously proposed by the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Finance. The Thủ Đức District People’s Committee will collaborate with the Department of Culture and Sports and Saigon Railway Corporation (under Vietnam Railways Group) to manage and preserve the guard tower within Thủ Đức District.
