On February 9, during his working visit to Quảng Ngãi, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính inspected the construction site of the North-South Expressway project, specifically the Quảng Ngãi – Hoài Nhơn section.
The Quảng Ngãi – Hoài Nhơn Expressway (in Bình Định province) is 88km long with a total investment of over 20.4 trillion VND. This is the largest project among the 12 component projects of the North-South Expressway. The Deo Ca Group is the main contractor for this project.

According to the contractor, there are currently 50 construction teams with 3,850 personnel and 1,550 equipment on-site. As of now, the project has achieved nearly 55% of its production volume.
Among these, the road construction has completed 95% of the main embankment work and 12km of gravel base. All 77 bridges along the route have finished their pier structures, with 50 bridges in the process of installing beams and constructing bridge decks.
The project includes three tunnel sections. Tunnels 1 and 2 have completed both tubes and are now implementing机电工程师
