On February 8th, as part of his working visit to Quang Nam province, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính and his delegation performed a ceremonial offering of flowers and incense in honor of the fallen heroes at the Quang Nam Martyrs’ Cemetery.
Additionally, the Prime Minister visited the monument honoring烈士战士 from Thanh Hoa who sacrificed during the resistance wars in Quang Nam and paid respects at the Mother Vietnam Hero Monument in Tam Phu Commune, Tam Ky City.

In a solemn atmosphere, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính, along with his delegation and leaders of Quang Nam province, observed a moment of silence, expressing deep respect and gratitude for the great sacrifices made by the fallen heroes and the Mother Vietnam heroes in the struggle for national liberation and unification.
In the afternoon of the same day, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính is scheduled to meet with provincial leaders to discuss the socio-economic situation of Quang Nam province.
