Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính met with leaders from Thanh Hoa province, emphasizing the goal of transforming Thanh Hoa into one of the key growth centers of the country. This working visit took place as Thanh Hoa is actively implementing social welfare policies and sustainable economic development strategies.
Joining the visit were General Secretary of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyễn Đình Khang, Deputy Minister of Defense Lieutenant General Lê Huy Vịnh, Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Nguyễn Doãn Anh, along with leaders from central ministries and local authorities.
Social Welfare Programs Are a Priority
Chairman of Thanh Hoa People’s Committee Đỗ Minh Tuấn reported that the province has effectively implemented directives from the Party Central Committee and the Government regarding the organization of the 2025 Tet holiday. Special attention was given to policy beneficiaries, revolutionary veterans,贫困户,困难工人和困难群众。此外，超过187,000名社会救助对象和家庭在2025年1月收到了社会救助金，总金额超过142亿越南盾。
各级部门和社会各界也筹集了超过375亿越南盾的社会化资源，用于向政策受益户、贫困户和困难群众发放春节礼物。修缮和新建了4,200多间房屋的“无房”和“破房”改造计划，为人们在春节期间提供了安全的住所。
