The Standing Committee of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee has announced decisions to transfer and appoint several new leaders to key positions within the province.
Mr. Nguyễn Văn Lượm (born in 1974), originally from Que Tho Commune, Hiep Duc District, Quang Nam Province, has been transferred from his role as Chairman of Tay Giang District People’s Committee to serve as Secretary of the Thang Binh District Party Committee, effective March 1.
Mr. Lượm holds a master’s degree in law and has completed advanced political theory training.
Mr. A Vô Tô Phương (born in 1971, of the Co Tu ethnic group, native to Zà Hung Commune, Dong Giang District, Quang Nam Province) has been appointed Director of the Department of Ethnicity and Religion of Quang Nam Province, effective February 20.
Mr. Phương holds a master’s degree in public policy and has completed advanced political theory training.
Mr. Thái Hoàng Vũ (born in 1979, originally from Que Phong Commune, Que Son District, Quang Nam Province) has been transferred from his position as Chairman of Bac Tra My District People’s Committee to become Chief of the Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee Office, effective February 20.
Mr. Vũ holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a bachelor’s degree in economics, and has completed advanced political theory training.
Mr. Văn Anh Tuấn (born in 1974, originally from Tam Thanh Commune, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province), Director of the Quang Nam Department of Transport, has been transferred to serve as Secretary of the Nui Thanh District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, effective February 20.
Mr. Tuấn holds degrees in civil engineering, public administration, a master’s in technical engineering, a master’s in economics, and has completed advanced political theory training.
