On April 17th, the Ministry of Health’s Inspection Department issued fines to several healthcare facilities in Quảng Ngãi province. These include Phúc Hưng Private Multi-Specialty Hospital, 205 Hùng Vương Multi-Specialty Clinic, Thiện Nhân Multi-Specialty Clinic, and Bình An Medical Testing Laboratory.
Thiện Nhân Multi-Specialty Clinic was found to be in violation for lacking a proper signboard and advertising specialized services without prior approval from the relevant authorities. The clinic also used the word “best” in their advertising without legitimate documentation. These violations resulted in a fine of 79 million VND.
Phúc Hưng Private Multi-Specialty Hospital was also penalized for violations in advertising their medical services. Their fine amounted to 45 million VND.

205 Hùng Vương Multi-Specialty Clinic in Quảng Ngãi city received a 24.5 million VND fine for lacking comprehensive information on its signboard and advertising specialized services without approval.
Bình An Medical Testing Laboratory was also fined 24.5 million VND for lacking a proper signboard and advertising violations.
