More than 30,000 in-person attendees and millions of viewers via television and digital platforms are expected. Free invitation tickets will be distributed to locals and tourists, with registration opening at 7 PM on November 5.
Concurrently, at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace, there will be an Exhibition of Socio-Economic, National Defense-Security Development Achievements and Coal Production Technology, featuring 160 booths displaying OCOP products, typical regional goods, and modern equipment from the coal industry.
The outdoor area will offer virtual shooting experiences and rescue skill activities for visitors.
Additionally, the Quang Ninh Provincial Ethnic Minorities Cultural and Sports Exchange Festival will take place with the theme “Harmonizing the Cultural Colors of Quang Ninh Ethnic Groups,” introducing traditional art performances, costume displays, folk singing, martial arts, and ethnic circus.
