Additionally, the VNeID app helps integrate information and supports identity verification, further simplifying the procedures.
Reporters from Dan Tri observed that on the morning of February 12, at Registration Center No. 2, Hanoi Traffic Police Department, there was a considerable number of citizens coming for registration. However, thanks to pre-filling forms on the public service portal, the process proceeded smoothly.
Citizens with scheduled appointments only needed officers to verify their documents and guide them in selecting license plates. For those who won auctions for specific plates, the process was completed promptly according to regulations, ensuring convenience for the citizens.

“In practice, the widespread use of technology not only benefits citizens but also improves the quality of service by traffic police officers. The processing time is significantly reduced, and vehicle management is more stringent, reducing errors and misunderstandings.
Moreover, the synchronized data system facilitates easy information retrieval and verification, supporting efficient operational tasks. Currently, Hanoi Traffic Police Department continues to promote the use of online public services and VNeID to maximize its benefits, contributing to the modernization of vehicle management in the area,” Captain Minh added.
