On February 10, Hai Phong Police announced that at 4 AM on the same day, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Department (PC07, Hai Phong Police) received information about a suspected suicide attempt at Bridge Binh in Thuy Nguyen City, Hai Phong.

Following this, PC07 of Hai Phong Police deployed personnel and equipment (including a rescue boat) to the scene to coordinate with the Thuy Nguyen City Police team to search for the victim.
At the scene, police discovered a vehicle with license plate 15A-966.xx left on the bridge without anyone inside. The car keys and mobile phone were also left on the bridge.
According to Hai Phong Police, the search for the victim is still underway with the assistance of specialized equipment.
