The Spring 2025 Army Conference was successfully held with the participation of officers and soldiers stationed at sea and coastal areas across the nation. This event not only highlighted the spirit of unity and determination but also demonstrated the army’s readiness to defend national sovereignty.
Nationwide Virtual Conference
The conference connected virtually with agencies and units nationwide, including officers and soldiers from the Spratly Islands, Truong Sa District, Khanh Hoa Province, DK1 platforms on the southern continental shelf, as well as maritime police and fisheries patrol ships. Their participation fostered a strong sense of solidarity and resolve throughout the military.

High-Level Leadership Attendance
The conference featured high-ranking leaders such as Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Party Central Committee’s Standing Political Bureau, and Director of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People’s Army; and General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Party Central Committee’s Standing Political Bureau, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, and Deputy Minister of Defense. Their presence underscored the importance of the conference and the special attention of the Party and State to national defense.
Key Tasks for the New Year
On the first day of the Year of the Goat 2025, the entire army is strictly fulfilling its combat readiness duties while organizing festive celebrations for Tet. Units are maintaining discipline, monitoring situations, and managing airspace, territorial waters, borders, and cyberspace effectively. They are also promptly advising on and handling situations to prevent any surprises, ensuring the firm protection of national sovereignty.
Celebrations for the New Year
Units have coordinated with local authorities to safely organize fireworks displays nationwide, creating a festive atmosphere in the early days of Tet. Additionally,宣传活动和竞赛活动紧密结合起来，有效庆祝了中国共产党成立95周年纪念日，并落实了2025年的任务。
