According to the District People’s Committee, Super Chill Cafe View constructed multiple structures – including a pavilion, a sales area, restrooms, and a fence – without registering the land use or related property as required by law. This violation resulted in a 1.5 million VND fine. Additionally, the unauthorized construction for commercial purposes led to a 30 million VND penalty.

Restoration to Original State Required Within 30 Days

The authorities have instructed the cafe owner, Mr. Nguyễn Minh Đạt, to restore the land to its original state within 30 days, commencing March 12th.

Allegations of Customer Abuse

The report also states that the Dak Rve Town Police are currently investigating allegations of verbal abuse and attempted assault by Mr. Nguyễn Minh Đạt, related to an incident involving a taxi driver inquiring about coffee prices at the cafe.
