On February 6th, the leaders of Quang Nham Commune, Quang Xuong District, Thanh Hoa Province confirmed a serious accident that occurred around 11:30 AM on February 4th.
At a family’s freezer storage in Thanh village, a toddler approximately 3-4 years old fell from the roof to the floor while playing alone at home.
According to local authorities, footage from security cameras revealed that the child was playing on the second floor of his grandparents’ house when he suddenly climbed onto the metal roof of the nearby freezer. The roof gave way under his weight, causing him to fall onto the tiled floor below. He rolled several times before standing up and crying loudly.

Fortunately, the fall did not occur from a great height. After the incident was discovered, family members rushed the child to be examined and checked for injuries. Fortunately, the toddler was found to have no serious injuries, and his health has now returned to normal.
The commune leader emphasized that this tragic accident serves as a warning to parents to always keep a close eye on their children, especially within the home, where many unfortunate accidents can happen.
