According to information from Traffic Police Unit No. 2 of Hanoi’s Traffic Police Department, the accident involved four vehicles: two cars and two motorcycles traveling in the same direction on Au Co Street toward Nhat Tan. As they approached the section opposite the Quang An flower market entrance, the white car with license plate 30A-988.xx suddenly hit the two motorcycles ahead.

Subsequently, the car rammed into another car with license plate 30K-623.xx, causing severe damage to both motorcycles and significant damage to the two cars. The result was that three motorcycle riders were injured.

Upon receiving the report, Traffic Police Unit No. 2 dispatched officers to the scene to manage traffic flow, investigate the cause, and handle the situation. However, due to the timing coinciding with residents heading out for holiday shopping, traffic on Au Co Street became severely congested.
