Around 3 PM on the same day, at kilometer 153+500 on National Highway 21 near Nam Van Bridge, a seven-seater car traveling from Voit Bridge toward Nam Dinh City suddenly lost control. The vehicle crashed into the bridge railing and plunged into the canal.
